Summary

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed patient evaluations, including reviewing medical history and discussing treatment plans.
• Administer cosmetic injections such as Botox and dermal fillers, prioritizing patient safety and satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Provide exceptional follow-up care as needed, addressing any patient concerns or questions.
• Exhibit excellent communication skills and professionalism with both patients and colleagues.
• Stay informed on the latest aesthetic trends and techniques through company-provided training.
• Collaborate with the team to meet clinic goals and uphold the highest standards of patient care.
• Ensure safety of patients at all times when performing treatments.
• Report any adverse reactions to supervising manager or medical director.
• Provide answers to pre/post-treatment questions.
• Accurate charting and clinical documentation.

Requirements

• Active RN or NP license in the state of Maryland & Virginia is required.
• 2+ years of experience in Cosmetic Injection Experience - dermal fillers and neurotoxin is required.
• Ability to document medical history and treatment plans.
• Communicate clearly with clients.
• Must be able to travel between Fairfax, VA and Ashburn, VA.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
• Complete knowledge and understanding of services and products.
• Exceptional customer service and organizational skills.
• Positive attitude, poised and professional.
