The successful candidate will assist in project planning, coordination, and communication, ensuring that all project activities are completed on time and within budget. Responsibilities:
Project Coordination: Assist in the planning, scheduling, and coordination of architecture projects. Maintain project timelines and ensure all team members are aware of deadlines and deliverables.
Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related communications. Facilitate communication between architects, clients, contractors, and other stakeholders. Schedule and organize project meetings.
Documentation: Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, reports, drawings, and correspondence. Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date.
Budget Management: Assist in tracking project budgets and expenditures. Help identify and address any financial issues or discrepancies. Support the preparation of budget reports.
Quality Control: Assist in monitoring project progress and quality. Ensure all work complies with company standards and regulatory requirements. Report any issues or deviations to the project manager.
