Requirements

  • Strong understanding of UX research methodologies and data analysis techniques
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, critical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of UX principles, psychology, and human-computer interaction
  • Basic knowledge of psychological principles related to human behavior, cognition, and perception

Join our Product team as an Associate Product Researcher and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our products through user-centered research.

As an Associate Product Researcher, you will advocate for the user, ensuring that their needs are at the forefront of our product development efforts. You will collaborate closely with product designers, product managers, and engineers across all stages of product development, from inception to launch.

Your responsibilities will include conducting in-depth research on user behaviors and motivations using various methods such as interviews, surveys, usability testing. At Airalo, we are dedicated to crafting intuitive, innovative, and visually appealing products by deeply understanding our users' needs, behaviors, and emotions. This is an exciting opportunity for growth in the dynamic field of UX research.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

    • We consider as relevant work experience, any of the following:
    • Master's degree in UX experience, UX research, or a PhD in social sciences (psychology, anthropology, sociology, etc.), or 1-3 years of experience in a UX research or a related field (please summarize your experience in the first paragraph of your cover letter).
    • Strong understanding of UX research methodologies and data analysis techniques.
    • Excellent communication, collaboration, critical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
    • Knowledge of UX principles, psychology, and human-computer interaction.
    • Understanding of user experience principles and best practices, including usability, accessibility, and user-centered design.
    • Basic knowledge of psychological principles related to human behavior, cognition, and perception, and their application in UX research.
    • Familiarity with HCI concepts and theories, including user interface design, interaction design, and information architecture.
This job is a 6-month fixed-term contract with the possibility of transitioning to full-time employment
