Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project management for Audio Visual / Collaboration projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure phases.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and success criteria, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, work breakdown structures, and schedules, identifying key milestones and resource requirements.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to proactively manage project risks and ensure successful outcomes.
  • Coordinate and manage project resources, including internal teams, external vendors, and contractors, to ensure efficient utilization and timely delivery of project tasks.
  • Oversee the procurement and logistics processes for equipment, materials, and services.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration among project team members, facilitating productive meetings, workshops, and discussions to drive project success.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Requirements

  • Be okay with regional traveling in North and South Carolina.
  • Have experience for on-time and on-budget installations meeting strict safety and quality standards.
  • Establish project timeline and anticipated completion dates.
  • Review drawings, submittals, and bid documents for understanding of scope and detect omissions.
  • Have the ability to arrive on-site for installations when needed.
  • Communicate and write clearly.
