at least 3 years AutoCAD Residential drafting experience working in a firm (Revit experience a plus)
working knowledge of the Florida Building Code Residential
fair knowledge of standard residential building practices (multi-family experience is a plus)
strong general computer knowledge including basic programs like Excel, Word, etc.
some experience drawing details, sections, structural plans (foundation, lintel, etc.)
a strong work ethic
$22 - $33 an hour
