Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships.
Understand clients' AV needs, preferences, and objectives to provide tailored solutions and recommendations.
Proactively address client inquiries, concerns, and issues to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Sales and Business Development:
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling AV products and services to existing clients.
Develop and implement strategies to grow revenue and expand the client base.
Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads, qualify prospects, and close deals.
Project Management:
Coordinate with internal teams, including project managers, technicians, and engineers, to ensure successful project execution.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to meet client expectations and achieve business objectives.
Provide regular updates and reports to clients on project status, progress, and outcomes.
Technical Expertise:
Stay informed about the latest AV technologies, trends, and industry developments.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of AV systems and equipment to effectively communicate with clients and address their technical questions or concerns.
Administrative Duties:
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and project details in the CRM system.
Prepare proposals, contracts, and other documentation as needed for client engagements.
Collaborate with internal departments, such as finance and operations, to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
3+ years of experience in account management or sales, preferably in the AV industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
Technical proficiency in AV systems, equipment, and software is a plus.
Ability to travel to client sites and industry events as needed.
$50,000 - $60,000 a year
