AV Engineer (CTS-I Required)

We are seeking a highly skilled AV Engineer with extensive experience in Crestron and AMX systems to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, installing, configuring, and maintaining audiovisual (AV) systems for a variety of clients. This role demands a strong understanding of AV integration, programming, and troubleshooting to deliver high-quality AV solutions.

Responsibilities:

• System Design and Implementation:
• Design and develop AV system solutions using Crestron and AMX technologies.
• Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and scope of work documents.
• Oversee the installation, configuration, and integration of AV systems.
• Programming and Configuration:
• Program Crestron and AMX control systems to meet client specifications.
• Customize user interfaces and control panels.
• Conduct system testing and commissioning to ensure optimal performance.
• Technical Support and Troubleshooting:
• Provide technical support for AV system issues and malfunctions.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems.
• Perform regular maintenance and updates to AV systems.
• Client Interaction and Training:
• Collaborate with clients to understand their AV requirements and preferences.
• Provide training sessions to clients and end-users on AV system operation.
• Offer technical advice and recommendations to clients.
• Project Management:
• Manage AV projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project success.
• Monitor project budgets and timelines, making adjustments as necessary.
