We are looking for a skilled Audio-Visual (AV) Engineer with a CTS-I certification to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Crestron and AMX systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in AV system integration and a strong technical background to ensure seamless operation and exceptional performance of our AV solutions.

Responsibilities

    • System Installation: Install and configure AV systems including Crestron and AMX hardware, ensuring compliance with design specifications and project requirements.
    • Maintenance & Support: Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of AV systems to ensure optimal performance. Provide on-site support and resolution for any technical issues that arise.
    • System Programming: Develop and implement programming for Crestron and AMX systems to customize functionalities and integrate with other technologies.
    • Technical Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of system installations, configurations, and maintenance procedures. Prepare system diagrams and user manuals as required.
    • Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance checks on installed systems to ensure they meet performance standards and client expectations.
    • Client Interaction: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service. Offer training and support to end-users on system operation and features.
