Bilingual Debt Collection Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Debt Collection Specialist who is bilingual in Spanish to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in debt collection, exceptional negotiation skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking clients. This position includes commission. 

Responsibilities:

• Contact clients to discuss overdue payments and negotiate payment plans
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collections activities
• Communicate with clients in a professional and courteous manner
• Provide excellent customer service to clients
• Collaborate with team members to achieve collection goals
• Follow all legal requirements and ethical standards in debt collection practices
• Perform other related duties as assigned

$17 - $20 an hour
