  • Perform in-depth analysis on operational metrics to improve efficiency and prioritize collaboration with stakeholders on use cases.
  • Ensure data quality and consistency for internal dashboards and tools.
  • Manage multiple tasks and prioritize requests from different teams.
  • Support data requests from business stakeholders with clear communication.

Requirements

  • Current undergraduate or postgraduate student with strong business data analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong ownership mentality and willingness to take initiative.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Practical experience in SQL and Python for data analytics.
  • Prior internship experience in cryptocurrency, securities, or technology companies.

Binance Accelerator Program is a concise fixed-term program designed for Early Career Talent to have an immersive experience in the rapidly expanding Web3 space. Who may apply
 
Current University students who can work full-time at least 6 months tenure

Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for Cryptocurrency trading analysis, analysis of potential trading opportunities for Centralized Exchange and Decentralized Exchange
    • Responsible for analyzing the use effect of new product features, and optimizing product features with data as the driving force
    • Perform regular monitoring of key operational metrics, to provide prompt feedback to business stakeholders of any anomaly or actionable insight observed
    • Conduct in-depth analysis on metrics (SLAs, non-compliant area, unexpected trading, capacity/utilization) to identify areas to improve efficiency. Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize and deliver such use cases
    • Safeguard internal dashboards and tools to ensure data quality and consistency
    • Able to juggle between multiple tasks and manage priorities from different teams
    • Support data requests from business stakeholders with clear communication and requirement alignment

Requirements:

    • Undergraduate or postgraduate with strong business data analytical skills (e.g. Data/business analytics programs)
    • Excellent communication in English written (documentation/presentation making) and verbal communication skills
    • Strong ownership & down to earth mentality, willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the work done
    • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders with collaborative mindset
    • Practical experience/skill of SQL, Python with data analytics
    • Internship experience in Cryptocurrency , securities or technology companies
