Past internship experiences in projects contribution/involvement would be a plus
Strong financial and economics knowledge
Proven ability to connect and work collaboratively with multiple teams to address operational requirements and tackle complex issues
Strong ethical standards and integrity, with dedication and passion for the organization
Strong research and writing skills, attention to detail, and analytical aptitude
Graduates/Undergraduates from relevant fields such as Management, Business Administration, or Operations Management
Fluency in English
