  • Deep understanding of Project Methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and best practices.
  • Strong proficiency in project management tools and software like JIRA, ServiceNow, Asana.
  • Exceptional documentation and communication skills, with focus on attention to detail.

The Business Development Program Director is responsible for working closely with the EVP, Global Business Development and the VPs in Global Business Development to build and manage programs to get new initiatives launched and establish operating cadence based on metrics to manage the performance of the organization. The ideal candidate will be customer focused, driven, engaged, and will thrive in a hyper-growth environment. 

Responsibilities:

  • Create, define and implement documentation such as playbooks, best practice guides, templates, processes, and workflows to ensure Global Business Development organization operates with best in class standards.
  • Evaluate, implement and manage program management tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Build detailed project plans for new initiatives such as the launch programs for Risk and Insurance, AWS and others
  • Identify key process and procedure changes required in current KnowBe4 operations related to business development
  • Build documentation of new process and procedures required to support Business Development programs
  • Lead and manage complex Business Development programs and projects, ensuring successful delivery on time, within scope and within budget.
  • Drive the creation of global sales training programs to implement new Business Development programs
  • Build new operational metrics and cadence to support a growing Business Development function
  • Establish rhythm of Business Development meetings with dashboards
  • Evaluate and assist in implementing change to enhance the efficiency of the business development team by reviewing reports and information 
  • Oversee the achievement of all global business development objectives through OKRs in a timely manner
  • Oversee marketing operations strategies for global development, setting realistic business expansion expectations.
  • Facilitate effective communication, collaboration and coordination among cross-functional project teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in managing medium to large programs and at least 3 years experience in PMO processes and PMO tool implementations.
  • Deep understanding and experience in Project Methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.)  and best practices.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing PMO standards and frameworks.
  • Passion for creating a frictionless, lean and supportive project management experience
  • Experience working in a hyper-growth environment and adapting quickly to changing priorities.
  • Strong proficiency of project management tools and software like JIRA, ServiceNow, Asana.
  • Exceptional documentation and communication skills, with a passion for attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent self-learning capabilities, taking initiative in a fast pace/quickly changing environment.
  • Highly skilled in operations management, debugging production, and process alignment.
