Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Commercial Installation Technician with expertise in Low Voltage, Camera Access, or Fire Alarm installation to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining commercial security and surveillance systems. The Commercial Installation Technician will work closely with project managers and other team members to ensure the successful completion of installation projects.
On call 6am-6pm Monday-Friday with occasional weekend hours. Territory covers all of MD, parts of WV, Southern PA, all of DE. Employees given a company van, gas card and maintenance card.
Responsibilities:
Install, program, and troubleshoot commercial security and surveillance systems, including Low Voltage, Camera Access, and Fire Alarm systems.
Work closely with project managers and customers to ensure installations meet specifications and are completed on time and within budget.
Perform system testing and quality assurance checks to ensure proper system functionality.
Provide training to customers on the use and maintenance of installed systems.
Maintain accurate records of installations, including diagrams, schematics, and service records.
Collaborate with other team members to identify and resolve technical issues.
