Responsibilities
Build a self-driven and permission-less ambassador community based on project products and design the incentive program.
Solve problems and answer questions raised by community members, providing support and assistance on behalf of the core team.
Collect community feedback and suggestions on products and activities and assist in product optimization through proposals.
Manage user community on platforms such as Telegram, Discord, Reddit and explore new platforms and tools.
Create high-quality and targeted community groups through autonomous governance and incentive programs.
Build relationships with external communities and organize community campaigns such as airdrops and AMAs, tracking results on user growth and activation.
Requirements
1-2 years of community operation or related professional experience with retail user communication skills and PR sense.
Experience with Telegram & Discord bots.
Great passion for the cryptocurrency industry, ideally with experience in PFP NFT and crypto gaming.
Fast learning ability.
Solutions-focused, resourceful, collaborative, with people management skills and a strong sense of initiative.
Business or native English proficiency.
Ability to adapt to flexible working hours and remote collaboration.
