Conflict Intake Specialist (Hybrid)

The Conflict Intake Specialist is responsible for managing and analyzing conflict of interest reports for the organization. This role requires a keen attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a thorough understanding of conflicts of interest principles and procedures. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience working in a conflicts department, preferably in a legal or professional services environment. This position features a hybrid plan of 8 days onsite per month, the rest being remote.

Responsibilities:

• Review conflict of interest reports and identify potential conflicts
• Conduct research to determine the nature and extent of conflicts
• Communicate with attorneys and other stakeholders to gather additional information
• Analyze conflicts data and prepare conflict reports
• Assist in developing conflict resolution strategies
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date conflict records
• Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members
• Stay current on conflicts of interest rules and regulations
