Summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Manage project accounting functions, including job costing, billing, and revenue recognition.
• Prepare financial reports and statements for management and stakeholders.
• Monitor cash flow and manage banking relationships.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Supervise accounting staff and provide training and guidance as needed.
• Work closely with project managers to track project costs and profitability.
