Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as an Entry-Mid Level Construction Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and fostering strong relationships with clients in the construction industry. You will work closely with our existing client base while also actively seeking out new opportunities to expand our business.

Responsibilities:
Identify and Pursue Sales Opportunities: Proactively identify potential clients in the construction industry and pursue sales opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions that align with our products and services.
Provide Product Knowledge and Support: Become an expert on our products and services, including construction materials and equipment. Educate clients on the features and benefits of our offerings and provide ongoing support to address any questions or concerns.
Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, customer service, and operations, to coordinate sales efforts and ensure seamless customer experiences. Provide feedback to relevant stakeholders to continuously improve our products and services.
Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company. Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Use this knowledge to identify new opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Maintain Accurate Records: Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions using our CRM system. Prepare regular reports and updates for management on sales performance and pipeline.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction industry(Preferred).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Knowledge of construction materials and equipment is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Willingness to travel as needed.
$50,000 - $100,000 a year
This opportunity offers a base salary of $50k-$55k with OTE of around $80k-$100k / year
