Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in construction site safety management or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of construction safety practices and regulations (e.g., OSHA).
  • Certification in safety management (e.g., OSHA 30-hour, CSP, CHST) is highly preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to conduct thorough investigations and write detailed reports.
  • Proficiency with safety management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
