Summary

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and oversee IT projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
• Manage front and backend development needs.
• Oversee and manage business IT platforms such as Salesforce and ServiceNow.
• Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures for compliance.
• Configure and customize the CRM platform for organizational needs.
• Participate in testing, updating, and improving CRM features.
• Analyze data for insights into operations and customer interactions.
• Maintain confidentiality with company, owner, and resident information.
• Coordinate and support integrations with third-party applications.

Requirements

• Security Clearance is required.
• 10+ years experience with CRM is required.
• Proficient with ServiceNow and Salesforce.
• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Strong experience with Go High Level CRM solutions.
• High attention to detail for accuracy in CRM data.
• Strong leadership and managerial skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills for complex issues.
• Comprehension of digital marketing strategies and funnel campaigns.
• Understanding of AI technologies and relevant languages.
• Excellent communication skills for technical information exchange.
• Deadline-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects.

Benefits
