Job Summary: 

The CRM Developer is responsible for the design, development, implementation, and support of CRM systems, with a strong focus on ServiceNow and Salesforce. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality CRM solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in CRM systems development, particularly with ServiceNow and Salesforce. This is a 6 month contract to hire and requires an active Top Secret clearance or higher.

Responsibilities:

    • CRM Systems Development:
    • Design, develop, and implement CRM solutions using ServiceNow and Salesforce.
    • Customize and configure CRM applications to meet business needs.
    • Develop and maintain integrations between CRM systems and other enterprise applications.
    • Requirement Analysis and Solution Design:
    • Work with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
    • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and design documents.
    • Develop solutions that are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with best practices.
    • System Administration and Support:
    • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ServiceNow and Salesforce applications.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CRM systems.
    • Perform regular system updates, patches, and upgrades.
    • Data Management and Reporting:
    • Ensure data integrity and quality within CRM systems.
    • Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights.
    • Implement data migration strategies and tools as needed.
    • Collaboration and Communication:
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service, to ensure successful CRM implementation and adoption.
