Customer Service Advocate

We are in need of a new Customer Advocate for our Homestead Office. The Primary responsibility is help both the customer and testing departments to facilitate testing. This includes gathering missing information and assisting customers with questions. In addition, this position supports the Office Supervisor and office staff. 

Job Duties

• Contact customers for credit card numbers and purchase orders
• Contact customers to obtain missing information and documents
• Contact customers when tests are received and ongoing during testing
• Field questions from customers on service issues, test status, and use of Q-Lab website
• Explain our procedures and policies to customers as needed to help smooth the process
• Record significant information in relevant locations: general client files and laboratory systems

Job Requirements

• Must have a high degree of customer service desire, be great with customers especially in a phone call. Must know our procedures so that a quick and accurate explanation to the customer, and fast resolution can be made. 

$15 - $17 an hour
