Responsibilities

  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication in a face-to-face retail setting
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information using the right sales methods/tools
  • Work efficiently alone and with a team to meet individual and company-wide sales quotas
  • Follow communication procedures, customer support guidelines and policies

Requirements

  • High school diploma; additional education is a plus
  • Previous experience with at least one CRM/FSM software system
  • 1+ years' proven Office Administrative experience
  • Professional and courteous telephone manner
  • Extremely organized, detail-oriented, with strong multi-tasking and time management skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe
  • Self-starter capable of working independently with a high degree of accuracy
  • Team player with the ability to work well with others
  • Ability to work with a sense of urgency and prioritize under pressure
