Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide technical support and product information to customers regarding mechanical equipment and HVAC systems.
  • Assist customers with product selection, installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the sales, technical support, and engineering teams to address and resolve customer issues.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Proactively follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues.
  • Identify and escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of customer service processes and procedures.

Requirements

  • Experience in the mechanical equipment or HVAC industry.
  • Strong communication skills.
