    • Record Keeping: Document customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints accurately in our CRM system.
    • Follow-Up: Ensure timely follow-up with customers to confirm their issues are resolved to their satisfaction and to address any further concerns.
    • Feedback: Collect and relay customer feedback to improve our products, services, and overall customer experience.
    • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues and other departments to address customer needs and contribute to team objectives.

Qualifications
