Produce clear, concise, and comprehensive documentation for end users, focusing on features and technical documentation related to installation procedures.
Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, Quality Assurance Engineers, and other stakeholders to understand product requirements.
Manage documentation repositories, ensuring documentation is organized, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
Advocate for the end-user, creating user-friendly documentation that enhances the overall user experience.
Review and edit documentation for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to style guides.
Participate in Scrum Agile methodology activities such as sprint planning and daily stand-ups.
Solicit feedback and incorporate suggestions into documentation iteratively.
Stay abreast of industry trends and continuously enhance skills and knowledge.

TS security is required.
U.S Citizen is required due to working with government entities.
Prefer someone with a Cybersecurity background transitioning to Technical Writing.
Proficiency in documentation tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, managing multiple priorities.
Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts and technologies.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
Experience with enterprise task management tools like JIRA and Confluence.
PMP certification is a plus.
