Design and Drafting Technician

Summary

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed drawings and plans based on specifications provided by engineers and architects.
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure accuracy and adherence to project requirements.
• Utilize software such as SolidWorks to create 2D and 3D designs.
• Determine scaling.
• Conduct quality checks on completed designs to identify and correct any discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records of all drawings and revisions.

Requirements

• US Citizen, due to getting cleared for a clearance working with government contractors.
• 5+ years of experience.
• Must have a broad knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint and basic principles of database administration.
• Have experience working with SolidWorks.
• Security clearance is a plus.
• Govcon experience is a plus.

Benefits

• $40 - $43 an hour
