Summary

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company’s business objectives.
  • Oversee the preparation of financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
  • Manage and optimize the company’s financial performance, including cash flow, profitability, and return on investment.
  • Lead the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) function, providing insights and recommendations to the executive team.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, including GAAP and IFRS.
  • Coordinate and oversee internal and external audits.
  • Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets.
  • Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and other financial institutions.
  • Support operational decision-making through financial modeling and scenario analysis.
  • Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, systems, and reporting.
  • Mentor and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
