For this role, Kong is pursuing an experienced Director of Product Management to lead our debuggability and observability capabilities to enable our customers to safely operate Kong Gateway at scale and reduce the MTTR of operating their mission-critical applications.

Kong has different base pay ranges for different work locations globally, which allows us to pay employees competitively and consistently in different geographic markets. The compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to specific candidate location, role, skill set, and level of experience. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards including sales incentives depending on the terms of the applicable plan and role. The typical base pay range for this role in the USD is 238,825 - 269,960.
