  • Monitor and mitigate risks, providing solutions to address potential delays or issues that could impact program outcomes.
  • Manage customer expectations and build strong relationships with government agencies, defense contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present program reviews and status updates to senior leadership, clients, and government officials.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance program management processes and ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to program management staff, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Director of Program Management with a strong background in Defense/GovCon manufacturing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and driving the successful execution of large-scale defense programs from inception through delivery. This position requires extensive experience in government contracting, manufacturing processes, and leading cross-functional teams to ensure program objectives are met on time and within budget. The Director of Program Management will play a key role in managing relationships with key government clients, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, and driving operational efficiency.
