DoD Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with experience in the Department of Defense (DoD) environment to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with a focus on product development. Experience in managing projects within the DoD sector is highly desirable. Active clearance not required (must be eligible to obtain a clearance) but can be held if active.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Coordinate project activities, resources, and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery
• Communicate project status, progress, and issues to stakeholders and senior management
• Ensure compliance with DoD regulations and requirements
• Mentor and coach team members to enhance their project management skills
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives
