Position: Electrical Engineer
We are seeking a skilled and innovative Electrical Engineer to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to design, develop, and implement electrical systems and solutions for diverse engineering projects.
Responsibilities: As an Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for designing electrical systems, components, and products from concept through to completion. You will conduct feasibility studies, perform system calculations, and prepare detailed technical drawings and specifications using CAD software. Your role will involve collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to integrate electrical systems into larger projects, ensuring functionality, safety, and compliance with applicable codes and standards. You will participate in project planning, budgeting, and scheduling, and oversee installation, testing, and commissioning activities. Additionally, you will troubleshoot electrical issues, conduct performance evaluations, and propose improvements for existing systems. Your contributions will support the development of cutting-edge electrical solutions across various industries.
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in electrical engineering or a related field.
Proficiency in electrical design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or equivalent.
Strong knowledge of electrical principles, codes, and standards (e.g., NEC, IEEE).
Experience with power distribution systems, lighting design, and control systems.
Ability to conduct electrical load calculations and analysis.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical report writing.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
Preferred Qualifications:
Professional Engineer (PE) license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
Experience with building systems, HVAC electrical design, or renewable energy systems.
Familiarity with PLC programming and industrial automation.
Knowledge of sustainable design practices and energy efficiency.
Project management experience and leadership skills.
