Responsibilities:
Assemble electronic components and systems according to technical diagrams, schematics, and assembly instructions.
Perform soldering, wiring, and component installation using hand tools and soldering equipment.
Inspect and test assembled electronic components for defects or malfunctions.
Troubleshoot and diagnose assembly issues, making adjustments or repairs as needed.
Follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.
Maintain accurate records of production activities and completed assemblies.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.
Assist with inventory management and replenishment of electronic components and materials.
Participate in training programs and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or vocational training in electronics preferred.
1+ years of experience in electronic assembly or related field.
Strong soldering skills and familiarity with electronic assembly techniques.
Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, schematics, and assembly instructions.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and precision.
Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Experience with electronic testing equipment and tools preferred.
