Electronics Engineering Manager

Summary

Responsibilities

• Provide regular personnel management including clear communication of goals and expectations while ensuring compliance.
• Review and approve team members' work packages.
• Support development of electrical architectures that meet new product goals and propose new technological approaches to overcome limitations.
• Assess quality of designs and qualification test plans.
• Develop best practices and standardization for electrical engineering tools and processes.
• Support Sustaining Engineering, Service, and Sales teams to analyze and resolve warranty issues and customer feedback.
• Participate in Material Review Board (MRB) investigations.
• Control Configuration Management of products.

Requirements

• 4+ years of electrical engineering experience is required.
• Bachelor's degree or 8+ years of experience is required.
• High level of troubleshooting and leadership role in manufacturing is required.

Benefits

• $120,000 - $125,000 a year
