What You’ll Do

Shape Our Story: Craft engaging content that showcases our culture and values, and speaks to the people we want on our team.

Social Media: Run our employer branding social channels like Instagram, Tiktok, and LinkedIn.

Candidate Connection: Use your creative spark to attract talent that shares our vibe. You'll spotlight team members, share success stories, and show what makes Foxelli a place to thrive.

Measure & Refine: Keep an eye on engagement and other metrics. If something’s working, let’s double down. If it’s not, you’re not afraid to tweak the approach.

What We’re Looking For

Content Creator: You know how to take a boring idea and make it shine – a master of words, visuals, and everything in between.

Social Media Savvy: You understand the subtle language of LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok. You know what works where – and why.

Branding: You’ve got a passion for storytelling and a knack for connecting the dots between employer branding and business goals.

Self-Starter: Give yourself a challenge and run with it. You’re not waiting for instructions; you’re making things happen.

Salary: 400 -700 euros net + taxes
