Engineering Manager (AI and Automation)

Summary

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the stability and reliability of the product.
• Ensure all the best delivery practices are implemented in your team’s solutions.
• Gather relevant inputs from other product teams and stakeholders.
• Lead the team in identifying and resolving technical challenges and roadblocks.
• Take responsibility for the architecture, design, development, deployment, and ongoing operation of the solutions created by you and your team.
• Foster a collaborative environment that encourages teamwork and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• At least 4 years as a developer and 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of Python, ML/AI, database querying, and system architecture.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Excellent communication skills, proactive attitude, and a focus on results.
