Summary

Responsibilities

  • Assemble and test battery packs, power electronic converters, and other related components following engineering drawings, specifications, and industry standards.
  • Assist in the development and fabrication of prototypes for new battery and power electronic designs.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with battery systems and power electronic converters, performing repairs and adjustments as necessary.
  • Maintain detailed records of assembly processes, test results, and modifications to ensure accurate documentation and traceability.
  • Conduct inspections and quality checks on components and finished products to ensure they meet required specifications and performance standards.
  • Work closely with engineers and other team members to implement design changes, improve product performance, and optimize manufacturing processes.
  • Follow all safety protocols and guidelines related to the handling of batteries, high-voltage systems, and electronic components.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience in building and testing batteries, power electronic converters, or related energy storage systems.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and reliability.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with engineers and team members.
