Position Overview: The Entry-Level Low-Code Database Developer will be responsible for assisting in the design, development, and maintenance of database applications using low-code development platforms. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with limited professional experience who are passionate about database development and eager to learn low-code development techniques. The successful candidate will receive comprehensive training and mentorship to become proficient in low-code database development.
Key Responsibilities:
Database Application Development:
Collaborate with senior developers and project teams to design and develop database applications using low-code platforms such as Microsoft Power Apps, Mendix, OutSystems, or similar.
Assist in building data models, forms, queries, and reports within low-code development environments.
Database Management:
Support database administration tasks, including database setup, configuration, and optimization.
Assist in implementing data security measures and access controls to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of data.
Testing and Debugging:
Conduct testing and debugging of database applications to identify and resolve issues and ensure data accuracy and reliability.
Assist in documenting test cases, test results, and troubleshooting procedures.
Customization and Integration:
Customize and integrate database applications to meet client requirements and specifications.
Implement data integrations with other systems and data sources as needed.
Learning and Development:
Participate in training sessions and workshops to learn low-code database development concepts, tools, and best practices.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in low-code development and database management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Strong interest in database development and a desire to learn low-code development concepts and tools.
Basic understanding of database concepts and SQL programming.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
