  • Respond promptly to maintenance and repair requests from internal customers.

  • Provide support for internal company projects.

Requirements

  • Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Facilities Maintenance or a related field.

As a Facilities Maintenance Technician at SupportNinja, you'll be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of our office environment. You will support the daily maintenance and repair tasks to provide a safe, clean, and functional workplace for all employees. This role focuses on maintaining and monitoring the mechanical, electrical, and fire suppression systems, as well as other critical infrastructure within the facility.

What does a day in the life of a Facilities Maintenance Technician look like?

    • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs of office equipment, furniture, and other assets.
    • Regularly inspect and maintain the Door Access Control, CCTV, AC system, UPS, FDAS, and AFSS.
    • Assist in ensuring all safety and security measures are in place, performing regular inspections and addressing any issues.
    • Help manage inventory, including monitoring supplies, ordering necessary maintenance items, and maintaining records.
    • Coordinate with third-party vendors for repairs and maintenance services, ensuring timely and efficient service.
    • Respond promptly to maintenance and repair requests from internal customers, ensuring issues are resolved quickly.
    • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inventory, and other relevant documentation.
    • Assist in ensuring compliance with local regulations, including processing necessary permits and documentation for government entities like LGU, BFP, and PEZA.
    • Provide support for internal company projects, including office build-outs and other facilities-related initiatives.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

What are the required qualifications for a Facilities Maintenance Technician?

    • Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
    • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Facilities Maintenance or a related field.
    • Proficiency in maintaining mechanical, electrical, and safety systems.
    • Commitment to ethical and honest practices in all transactions.
    • Must be amenable to work onsite at The Foundry, BGC, Taguig and/or at The Sanctum, North EDSA, Quezon City.
