- Looking for an entry level Field Help Desk Technician.

Provide first-line technical support to end-users (both in-person and remotely) regarding hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues, including system crashes, software defects, and network connectivity problems.
Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems and software applications.
Perform hardware maintenance and repairs on desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
Assist users in setting up new equipment and software, including providing training and guidance.
Maintain accurate records of IT issues, resolution steps, and user interactions using help desk software or ticketing systems.
Implement and enforce security measures to protect systems and data from unauthorized access and vulnerabilities.
Monitor systems proactively to identify and resolve potential issues before they impact users.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations related to IT security and data privacy.
Collaborate with other IT team members and departments to assist in projects and initiatives as needed.

Good with traveling 75% of the time to client's locations (gas reimbursement)
2+ years of help desk or service desk experience.
Has professional IT Certifications CompTIA Net+, etc.
Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems. Knowledge of IT security best practices and protocols.
Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively interacting with end-users and documenting support activities.
