SUMMARY 

SQUIRE is seeking a dynamic and experienced Field Marketing Manager to drive strategic marketing programs, organize events, and create partnerships that enhance SQUIRE’s presence in key markets. This role requires a proactive individual with a proven track record of developing high-performing field marketing programs, resulting in strong lead generation, deep customer affinity, and enhanced brand awareness. 

In this role, you will strategically work with our sales, brand marketing, analytics, and customer teams to deliver engaging experiences and touchpoints for our prospective customers and cement Squire as an invaluable partner to the barber community.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Strategically design and execute field marketing programs that deliver strong value to our prospective customers and highlight the core benefits of Squire.
    • Partner with brand marketing to ideate engaging experiences across events, tradeshops and community partnerships that drive community affinity and generate strong revenue opportunities for our business.
    • Test and develop a deep understanding of field marketing program performance and translate those learnings into repeatable, scaleable playbooks to unlock scaled growth.
    • Track and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
    • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness of marketing programs.
    • Maintain open communication with stakeholders to ensure successful execution of marketing strategies.
    • Manage local marketing budgets, track spending, and report on ROI for various initiatives.
    • Conduct post-event and campaign evaluations to identify areas for improvement and future opportunities.
    • Partner with product marketing and insights  to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape and refine strategies to highlight competitive differentiators.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

    • 4-6 years of relevant experience in field marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
    • Proven track record of designing and executing strategic, repeatable field marketing programs
    • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize core initiatives based on expected ROI and performance  
    • Astute marketing sensibilities that allow you to identify key drivers of prospective customer engagement, affinity, and lead generation Ability to drive collaboration and alignment across cross-functional teams  to ensure that messaging, positioning, and content reflect core business strategy and prospective customer needs 
    • Experience in developing end-to-end programs and working with marketing operations, social and email teams to ensure full value extraction from field marketing programs and initiatives. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
    • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
    • Innovative and resourceful, with a strategic mindset and a passion for marketing

- Base Salary ($110,000 - $115,000)
