Responsibilities

  • Coordinate rack maintenance and necessary replacement
  • Control field capacity and coordinate order of new exposure fixtures
  • Oversee new exposures and mounting of difficult or special exposures
  • Ensure field checks are performed correctly and consistently
  • Maintain integrity of ongoing exposures
  • Coordinate paper replacement on under glass boards
  • Consolidate field layout for similar exposure types to conserve space
  • Lead search for misplaced panels
  • Supervise specimen shipping and handling
  • Act as Hurricane Team Leader
  • Plan and manage the activities of the Lawn care technician
  • Supervise temporary labor for field work as necessary

Requirements

  • Must have supervisor experience
  • 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, mechanical, or industrial field
  • Strong communication skills

Field Supervisor

The Ideal candidate for this position will have previous supervisory and or Management experience in the Manufacturing or Industrial field. This person must be a strong communicator as well.

Job Duties

    • Coordinate rack maintenance and necessary replacement
    • Control field capacity and coordinate order of new exposure fixtures
    • Oversee new exposures
    • Oversee mounting of difficult or special exposures
    • Responsible for field checks being performed correctly and consistently
    • Responsible for integrity of ongoing exposures
    • Coordinate paper replacement on under glass boards
    • Field Layout – consolidate similar exposure types, same customer, etc. and to conserve space
    • Lead search for misplaced panels
    • Supervise all specimen shipping and handling
