Summary

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with project team members, client representatives, review agencies, and others as appropriate to the project.
  • Manage time effectively, organize, and work on multiple projects simultaneously to meet project deadlines and client needs.
  • Perform Sub-Surface Utility Engineering services for both internal and external clients.
  • Accurately and efficiently collect field data.
  • Coordinate with supervisor to ensure client-specific demands are being met both in the office and in the field.
  • Read and interpret utility records, as-built and survey drawings, and highway design plans.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned to help accomplish the company's strategic goals.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a utility designator/locator.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Ability to understand civil blueprints.
  • Valid Driver's license.
  • Solid work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a team-player attitude.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Must be able to quickly grasp new technologies.
  • Should be able to walk long distances of several miles daily.
  • Good driving skills and a clean driving record.
  • Able to work in teams and get along with coworkers.
  • Outdoor work in all climates.
  • Work with clients in a professional manner.

Benefits
