As the Finance Partner / Expert, you will play an important role in shaping our financial future for the company to become a unicorn by ensuring superior accuracy and clarity in our financial records and making certain all accounting practices adhere to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). Your deep understanding of financial statements will guide our strategic decisions and support a culture of excellence throughout our group. Your insights will elevate our audit process, inspire efficient practices, and lead to the creation of world-class financial statements. Moreover, your financial expertise will contribute to the success of various projects across the organization.

What You Will Do:
Actively integrate IFRS standards into our accounting framework, keep pace with the latest IFRS updates, and strategically apply these insights to elevate our financial statements to the next level.
Design and implement accounting policy, procedures, and controls to increase efficiency.
Generate thorough financial statements, including consolidation, ensuring they are accurate and comply with regulations.
Analyze and apply your expert opinion on consolidated and standalone financial statements for the group and its entities.
Provide support in navigating audit complexities and resolving audit-related issues.
Act as a financial controller, providing guidance and sharing your expertise and insights with the accounting team.
Provide financial insight and support for various projects as required.
What We Expect:
A university degree in accounting, finance, economics or related field.
At least 5 years experience in a finance and/or controlling function.
Solid understanding and practical experience with IFRS.
Great communication and stakeholder management skills to keep regular interaction with senior level executives and other parties, both written and verbal.
Team player with a proactive mindset, adaptable, and willing to learn.
Motivated to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent spoken and written English skills.
