Summary

Responsibilities

  • Integrate IFRS standards into the accounting framework and apply insights to enhance financial statements.
  • Design and implement accounting policies, procedures, and controls to improve efficiency.
  • Generate accurate financial statements, including consolidation, that comply with regulations.
  • Analyze and provide expert opinions on consolidated and standalone financial statements.
  • Support the audit process and resolve related issues.
  • Act as a financial controller, guiding and sharing expertise with the accounting team.
  • Provide financial insight and support for various projects as needed.

Requirements

  • University degree in accounting, finance, economics, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a finance and/or controlling function.
  • Solid understanding and practical experience with IFRS.
  • Strong sense of ownership and commitment.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Team player with a proactive mindset, adaptable, and eager to learn.
  • Motivated to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent spoken and written English skills.

What You Will Do:

    • Actively integrate IFRS standards into our accounting framework, keep pace with the latest IFRS updates, and strategically apply these insights to elevate our financial statements to the next level.
    • Design and implement accounting policy, procedures, and controls to increase efficiency. 
    • Generate thorough financial statements, including consolidation, ensuring they are accurate and comply with regulations.
    • Analyze and apply your expert opinion on consolidated and standalone financial statements for the group and its entities.
    • Provide support in navigating audit complexities and resolving audit-related issues.
    • Act as a financial controller, providing guidance and sharing your expertise and insights with the accounting team. 
    • Provide financial insight and support for various projects as required.
