Responsibilities

  • Analyze and document the condition and life expectancy of building elements such as roofs, HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and other structural components.
  • Develop detailed reports and financial analyses to assist clients in planning for future repairs, replacements, and maintenance.
  • Perform on-site inspections of residential, commercial, and community association properties to assess current conditions.
  • Identify deficiencies and recommend necessary repairs or replacements.
  • Document inspection findings with detailed notes and photographs.
  • Manage multiple reserve study projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  • Collaborate with clients, property managers, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and discuss findings.
  • Prepare and present reserve study reports and recommendations to clients.
  • Utilize specialized software for reserve study analysis and report generation.
  • Conduct financial modeling and forecasting to determine funding requirements and recommend funding strategies.
  • Stay current with industry standards, building codes, and reserve study best practices.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and support.
  • Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Conduct client meetings and presentations to explain reserve study findings and recommendations.
