  • Ensure that all work performed meets or exceeds quality standards and adheres to contractual requirements.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment for all personnel on site.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, coordinating with project managers and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Maintain effective communication with project managers, clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction, making adjustments as necessary to keep the project on track.
  • Maintain accurate records of project progress, including daily logs, inspection reports, and change orders.
  • Ensure all work complies with local, state, and federal regulations, including specific requirements for government contracts.
