Summary

Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute affiliate marketing strategies to boost sales and enhance product visibility.
• Analyze performance data to assess affiliate effectiveness and optimize the program.
• Recruit new affiliates and partners to broaden our network.
• Build robust relationships with affiliates, offering support and resolving issues.
• Create and optimize landing pages and website banners.
• Continuously analyze business KPIs, identifying key issues and opportunities to optimize performance.

Requirements

• Studying or recently graduated with a bachelors or masters in Marketing or Business.
• Strong analytical skills with a deep interest in business metrics.
• Knowledge of data analysis tools (Sheets/Excel).
• Self-starter with a tenacious attitude and a passion for driving change.
• Proactive, ambitious, and eager to learn, with a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to break down complex issues and propose innovative solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
