A day in the life:

As a Specialist, you’ll be responsible for working with clients in across lead generation, ecommerce, fashion and the B2B space. A successful candidate will have hands-on experience across many digital marketing channels and tools. With direction from the account manager and account director, this role will support and plan performance marketing strategies that leverage paid, owned and earned channels that align with client priorities and deliver on client objectives. This opportunity is a challenging and exciting role for a cross-channel marketer with a passion for supporting comprehensive and innovative campaigns across multiple clients and internal account teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Client-centric Communication: Support the Account Manager with day-to-day client communication by providing strategic updates to keep both clients and internal teams informed
  • Project Management: Support the management of large, complex projects (both tactical and strategic) by evaluating prioritization, communication, quality assurance, implementation and more
  • Marketing Strategy: Supports the development of strategic cross-channel marketing plans by working closely with the Account Manager and Account Director to align on client priorities and execute and optimize plans in a timely manner
  • Rapport Building: Builds strong client relationships and establishes Power Digital as a trusted partner through excellent communication as well as deep brand knowledge
  • Client Retention: Supports the Account Manager and Account Director on the contract renewal strategy, presentation and proposal development to increase contract duration and maintain client retention
  • Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes
  • Utilize and leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem as it relates to your department
  • Responsible for other tasks and projects as assigned by Client Services department leadership, as needed

Role Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication or related discipline
  • 1-2 years digital marketing experience. Preferred experience executing cross-channel plans 
  • Moderate understanding of digital marketing and experience in earned media, paid media, owned media, attribution, reporting, optimization, etc.
  • Experience with Google Analytics and/or other reporting platforms
  • Project management skills for end-to-end campaign development including strategy, implementation, reporting, etc. in a multi-channel environment
  • Strong relationship skills, supported by strategic consulting skills and technical curiosity
  • Demonstrated history of excellent written and verbal executive communication
  • Highly dependable, self-starter, high energy, positive attitude with good organization, and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, collaborate across different teams, and function in a fast paced environment
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for problem-solving, continued learning, and personal growth
