Our mantra: Keep growing! We live by it every day.As our Growth Outbound Manager Intern, you will directly contribute to lempire revenue by automating sales prospecting activities to drive meetings for the sales team, and sign-ups to the product.
You will:
Create & manage cold outreach campaigns (email, Linkedin) to drive meetings for the sales team
Experiment with innovative approaches to improve the existing process (e.g implement new intents, try new messaging…etc.)
Analyze results, and leverage insights to optimize the strategy
Create your own automations using no-code tools to automate low-value-added tasks and experiment faster
Collaborate with ops & data to build the infrastructure that will drive 200 meetings/months for the sales team
Collaborate with sales team to collect feedback and help them get more qualified meetings
Help the sales team be more productive by finding high qualified leads, and setting up automation to streamline their work
Bonus:
Contribute to R&D projects to help lempire build the best cold outreach solution for sales and marketers
Create content to educate the market best practices about sales automation & the use of lemlist

Must have
You are looking for an end-of-study internship
Interest in leveraging the latest tech to solve business problems
You are a doer & want to have an impact

You speak English & French
Nice to have
Bac +5 level
You study in a top business school / or have a meaningful background
You have a strong interest in SaaS and the Sales automation space
You have operations, sales or marketing experience
You already used lemlist or a CRM like Hubspot/Pipedrive/Salesforce
You love automation and have already automated activities for your personal/pro life
You are native in English
