Overview:

We are building a company that supercharges recruiting workflows and will become a staple in every talent acquisition organization and search firm. Our beta product has been adopted by hundreds of recruiters with promising signals on a PLG sales motion and favorable retention metrics after only a few months.

As the Head of GTM on our Founding team, you’ll play an instrumental role in taking our product from MVP to market-ready and establishing the foundation for future growth. This is an opportunity to join a company still in its early stages and build a product that both delights end users and drives exceptional growth.

You’ll be a core contributor to defining and executing our short-term and long-term growth strategies, experimenting across channels, and leveraging your experience to drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue growth.


What You'll Do:

    • Developed and implemented strategies to evolve the MVP to a market-ready product with a strong focus on user acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.
    • Conducted in-depth market research to identify growth opportunities and optimize user onboarding and activation processes.
    • Utilized data-driven insights to create and execute effective growth experiments and campaigns that improve user engagement and retention.
    • Develop and prioritize features, enhancements, and experiments to optimize product performance and drive user engagement. Collaborated closely with product engineering teams to ensure growth strategies are integrated into the product development lifecycle.
    • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of growth initiatives. 
    • Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to understand customer feedback and incorporate it into the product development process. 
    • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product management and growth strategies.

What You Have:

    • 8-12 years of full-time work experience in a similar Product-Led Growth role, preferably within a pre-seed, seed, or Series A VC-backed startup.
    • Proven track record of driving significant user growth and engagement in early-stage tech startups (“growth hacking” experience)
    • Deep understanding of growth metrics and analytics, with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
    • Experience designing and executing growth experiments, with the ability to pivot quickly based on results.
    • Experiencing owning GTM strategy including acquisition across paid and organic channels, product messaging and positioning, community development, and thought leadership Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate high-level goals into actionable plans.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a knack for working effectively across cross-functional teams.
    • A passion for building and scaling products from the ground up, with a willingness to wear multiple hats in a scrappy, fast-paced environment.
    • Previous experience with AI-driven products and tools is a plus.
    • A curiosity-driven mindset and a passion for understanding and optimizing user behavior.
