Context
At Skello, we're convinced that great teams make great successes. It's this vision that drives us to develop our SaaS in Human Resources management, a solution dedicated to point of sales. It's also this vision that has enabled us to create a committed, high-performance team of 200 employees in Paris and 50 in Barcelona.
To achieve this, one thing is sure: we need an outstanding Human Resources team, and we need a great intern to support it!
This could be you, as we're currently recruiting our future Human Resources intern.
If you join us, you'll be working with Agathe, HR Partner in Barcelona. You'll have responsibilities, a highly visible impact on our employees and lots of learning opportunities.


Missions
Overall, the mission of the Human Resources intern is structured around 3 main areas:

1. Administrative and legal management
- Preparing the entry and exit of new employees
- Participate in payroll and luncheon voucher management.
- Workspace and office management

2. Contribute to the development of our culture and well-being at work
- Thinking about and implementing well-being actions in the office
- Contribute to the organization of events
- Carry out projects to raise awareness of our culture

3. Help organize the onboarding of our new hires
- Prepare schedules and equipment for new hires
- Make sure they are properly trained and integrated
- Optimize the content of this training program

In addition to these recurring tasks, you'll be working on various projects to optimize Human Resources management and make Skello a company where employees are fulfilled and ready to succeed in their mission.

Our environment
Skello IBERIA is the first office opened abroad for Skello which is a French start-up. As such, our team is still on a human scale and very accessible. It's the perfect environment in which to integrate.
Also, since this office has only been open for a bit more than a year, we have a lot to do in terms of Human Resources management
It's a great opportunity for you to learn and test lots of things.

Profile 
- You're a student in Administrative support, Law or Human Resources
- You already have one internship or experience in a similar background
- You're keen to learn and not afraid to try new things
- You like talking to new people, but know how to listen to others before you speak
- You listen to feedback and are constantly looking for ways to do things better
- You're organized, rigorous and detail-oriented
- You speak English and Spanish very well
- You have the authorization and the paperworks done to work in Spain (ie : you have a NIE if you are a foreigner)
- You have an agreement with your university to do an internship
- You can work everyday, for a minimum of 25h00
- You have a strong interest for Human Resources, Administrative work and law. If not, we are also hiring for internship in Sales and in Marketing, do not hesitate to apply to those great internships !
€400 - €1,000 a month
Salary will depends on the number of hours worked per week and your experience at university.
Process
- 1st interview : a discovery call with Daniel - 20 min
- A written business case - 2h00
- 2nd interview - 60 min: 30 min about the business case + 30 min interview with Agathe
- 3rd interview - 45 min: 30 min with Marc, our General Manager + 15 min conclusion with Agathe
- Reference check
